- 24 hour cancellation policy or to reschedule applies or 50% of service treatment cost will apply
I will endeavour to assist as much as possible
But no shows will not be permitted and no further bookings will be offered in future to anyone who does not show. - $100 deposit is required for all appointment bookings and will come off the treatment cost total at the end. If after consultation you do not wish to proceed or are medically unable to a credit or gift voucher for other services or product will be offered.
- Prescribing by a Medical Dr is required on consultation and consent is required. There is a small fee for this included in treatment when required. Scripting is valid generally for 6months.
- You must be 18years or over for cosmetic injectable services and treatment.
- A two week post treatment is review is offered at no cost, by appointment only within the normal scheduled clinic days must be within and no later than 3 weeks post treatment will be offered.
- I am a practising registered nurse and cosmetic medicine accredited nurse. I have full company business registration and fully insured for consumer protection.
